* Offer technology access including computers, internet, and software, bridging the digital divide for those without access at home.
* Offer spaces for quiet study, collaboration, and meetings, fostering a conducive environment for learning and productivity.

||PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, MONITORING & IMPLEMENTATION CELL (PDMI CELL)

* Planning, designing, budgeting, procurement and execution of development & non-development schemes.
* Development of Libraries, Cultural complexes & centers, Museums, Auditoriums, Arts councils, Galleries, Tourism resorts / points and Culture related Infrastructure.
* Preservation and restoration of heritage places, archaeological sites and monuments.
* Monitoring, assuring Quality Control (QC) standards of ongoing schemes.

||SINDH BOARD OF FILM CENSORS (SBFC)

* Primary job of this office is to issue censor certificates for films and other form of media which are going to be displayed for public.
* To Promote Pakistani Films no censorship fees is charged

||PAKISTAN INSTITUTE OF TOURISM & HOTEL MANAGEMENT (PITHM)

* Offers Diploma, Certificate and short courses in different discipline of hospitality.
* Offers Trade Test Certificate
* Corporate training

||SINDH TOURISM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (STDC)

* To promote and develop tourism in the province of Sindh.
* Establish tourism infrastructure.
* Promote and publicize the country’s history, culture and archeological monuments and other features of interests to the tourists.
* Provide quality tourist facilities, transportation, Incentives, Services, Assistance, Encouragement.
* Promote and market tourism potential of Sindh in Domestic as well as International markets.
* Support private sector to create tourist facilities and services through investment in tourism sector.
* Act as a catalyst to encourage private sector to play a more active role in tourism development and to undertake tour operations in the province.
* Preparation of Tourism Master Plan for the province and periodically update such development plans.
* Prepare and execute schemes out of the funds received from the provincial ADP.

||DIRECTORATE OF TOURIST SERVICES (DTS)

Directorate of Tourist Services has an objective to regulate various establishments providing tourism services within the province i.e. Hotels, Restaurants, Travel Agencies and Tour Guides.
|| The function of this Directorate is to implement following acts:
* The Pakistan Hotels and Restaurants Act, 1976 for providing measures for controlling and regulating the standards of service and amenities for tourists in hotel and restaurant;
* The Travel Agencies Act, 1976 for providing the development, regulation and control of the profession of travel agencies; and
* The Sindh Tourist Guide Act, 2011 for providing the regulation and control of the profession of tourist guides.
