Management Board of Endowment and Stipend for Poor and Needy Writers, Poets and Artists

Sindh government has changed the management board established for financial assistance to poor and deserving artists, writers, poets.

The notification of the management board established for endowments and scholarships under the Sindh Culture, Tourism Antiquities & Archives Department for the year 2018 has been cancelled, With the approval of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah,

the Chief Secretary Sindh has issued a notification of new members.

Minister for Culture Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah will be the Chairman of the Management Board,

Secretary Culture will be the Vice Chairman while DG Culture will be the Secretary and members of the Board,

Members include President Arts Council Karachi, President Sukkur Arts Council, GMP TV, Secretary General Sindhi Adabi Board,

Singers include famous singers Sanam Marvi and Rajab Faqir

Actors include famous actors Javed Sheikh, Ayub Khoso, Ahsan Khan, and Muneeb Butt,

Writers include famous writers Noorul Huda Shah and Mehtab Akbar Rashdi,

Yousuf Bashir Qureshi and Irfan Samo will also be included in the board members,
